Sattari Meter loudness and true-peak interface
NATIVE INTERFACE / DEVELOPMENT PREVIEW
What it does

Sattari Meter is a pass-through analyser that tells you how loud your material really is and whether it will survive streaming and playback. It shows ITU-R BS.1770 loudness — momentary (400 ms), short-term (3 s) and an integrated average — alongside 4x-oversampled true-peak and L/R correlation, with a Target line for whatever platform you're mastering to. It never touches the audio.

How it works

Each channel is K-weighted (a ~+4 dB high-shelf at 1.68 kHz feeding a 38 Hz high-pass) exactly as the standard specifies, then squared and averaged over sliding windows for momentary and short-term loudness; the integrated value is an absolute-gated running mean. True-peak is estimated by 4x oversampling to catch inter-sample peaks, and correlation is measured over a short window. All figures update on the editor's timer.

Key features
  • BS.1770 LUFS: momentary, short-term, integrated
  • 4x-oversampled true-peak (inter-sample peaks)
  • L/R correlation meter
  • Adjustable target-loudness reference line
  • Reset-integrated button; bit-exact pass-through
