An HPCP chromagram runs on a background thread, places each spectral peak at a fractional pitch class, sums harmonics and corrects for the track's tuning. A separately provisioned neural key model can add a log-spectrogram vote across all 12 transpositions. The verdict is written to a project-isolated, file-backed session channel off the audio thread, then delivered to DSP consumers through a lock-free snapshot. Corpus accuracy is treated as release evidence and is refreshed against the exact shipping model before any public metric is claimed.
